Terms of service

By commissioning me you are accepting the following terms of service.
If you have any question feel free to ask ;3

-General-> To commission me you must be at least 18 years old.> I recommend you provide me with visual references like reference sheets, images or simple doodles. If you can only do it via text, please make it as clear and concise as possible.> I can reject a commission idea if it conflicts with my drawing preferences or personal values.> Try to have a clear idea of what you want to commission before contacting me.> Be respectful.-Copyright and usage policy-> All commissions will be posted in my social medias mentioning the commissioner (tell me if you don't want to be mentioned).> I could use your commission for samples, self-promoting and layouts.> If you want to post the drawing, please tag me as the artist who drew it with a link to my profile.> Do not:
-Claim the commissioned work as if you drew it.
-Use the commissioned work for NFT or artificial intelligence training purposes.
-Sell the commissioned work.
-Alter or edit the drawing.-Payment-> USD via PayPal invoice.> ARS via Mercado Pago.> 50% of the payment at the beginning of the work and the other 50% when completed.-Work speed-> I will always send one WIP (work in progress) of the sketch and, once approved, another WIP of the lineart with flat color. After the second WIP is approved, I won't accept complex changes like poses, perspectives or big new elements.> It will normally take me between one and two weeks to finish the drawing. In case I have many orders, it can extend from three to four weeks.-About refunds-> If I can't complete the commission for any reason, I will refund 100% of the money.> I won't accept refunds after the second WIP is approved.-Customer behavior-> If you behave inappropriately towards me trough the commission process, I will refund the money and stop the work. You will be blocked and banned from my future commission openings.> Don't ask me to draw in a specific style. I will make all illustrations with my own style.> Don't try to haggle my prices. They are set the way they are for a reason.> If you ask for free art you will be ignored or blocked if necessary. I will tell in my social accounts if I'm accepting art requests.> Be respectful and coherent.

Heya!~ My name is Jack, I'm a self taught digital artist from Argentina who loves to draw and create things.I mostly focus on drawing anthropomorphic animals and creatures from Pokémon or other franchises I like, as well as landscapes. I've been drawing since 2020, it's been a long journey full of learning and surprises, and I'm excited for the years to come!
